OUR APPROACH

Corami™ is developing an integrated system that delivers therapeutics directly to the heart. The Corami™ Depot is composed of a PEG-based hydrogel containing the therapeutic payload. The Corami™ Depot is delivered to the intrapericardial space with proprietary delivery devices for open-chest and minimally invasive surgeries.

We are developing a robust system for implementing a wide range of therapeutic modalities into our Corami™ Depot for cardiac indications. To address the unmet physiological needs, we must intentionally optimize engineering design factors to overcome the challenges of cardiac therapeutic delivery.
